  • LexPostBacc Applicant Referral Form 

    This form should be used by participating law schools to refer applicants to LexPostBacc. A separate form should be submitted for each applicant being referred. All law school referrals must be submitted by May 15, 2026.  

    Before making the deferred admission offer and completing this form, please verify that the applicant meets the following LexPostBacc eligibility requirements.

    Referred applicants must:

    • Have an LSAT score no higher than the 25th percentile among the national pool of test takers (as reflected on the CAS report)
    • Possess a bachelor’s degree or will receive a bachelor’s degree by August 2026
    • Have not previously enrolled in a J.D. program at an ABA-approved law school
    • Commit to enroll at the referring law school, upon successful completion of the program
  • Please confirm that the applicant you are referring meets required criteria.*

  • Without this confirmation, the applicant cannot be referred to the LexPostBacc Program.

  • Please confirm that you are offering the referred applicant Fall 2027 admission and a non-conditional, multiyear scholarship of at least 20% of tuition, upon successful completion of the Post-Baccalaureate Program. *

  • Without this confirmation, the applicant cannot be referred to the LexPostBacc Program.

  • Referred applicant must have an LSAT score no higher than the 25th percentile among the national pool of test takers.

  • Please indicate the applicant’s planned course of study at your school.*
  • Please indicate if applicant will be required to retake the LSAT during the program.*
  • Please provide the deadline by which the applicant must complete the LexPostBacc Application. Deadline should not be earlier than April 1, 2026 and, if possible, no fewer than 10 days from the date of the LexPostBacc offer.*
